FAQ – sliding door system
Q-Can I cut the track to fit my wall?
A-Yes, the track can be cut to any length you want. Here we recommend using an angle grinder to cut the flat track.
Q-What is the weight capacity for the sliding door system?
A-Your door limited 330lbs/150kg.
Q-What is the compatible door thickness ?
A-It is better for 1-3/8″ ~ 1-3/4″(35-45mm).
Please Note: If you have door thickness that falls out of this range, please let us know your exact door thickness so that we can prepare shorter hex bolts for your thinner doors, longer hex bolts and spacer extenders for your thicker doors.
Q-When do I need a headboard?
A-a. If the pre-drilled holes in the rail don’t line up with your wall studs.
b. If there is a doorway trim.
Attach a header board with the same thickness as your doorway trim into your studs first, and then mount the rail onto the header board.
Q-Does the kit include the soft close?
A-The sliding door system doesn’t include the soft close,if you need it,you can contact us to quote the soft close with sliding door system together.
Q-Does the wood door included or not?
A-The sliding door system does’t include the wood door,but Jiansen supply the wood door,you can contact us to add it.
